The customer can get a Master line and issue supplementary lines for the family under his personal ID number only.
The customer cannot get a supplementary line if there is no Master line.
The Supplementary line customer can subscribe to an unlimited social media package for the family at a price of 100 riyals inclusive of tax for each supplementary line (not shareable) by sending 7100 to 1100.
Master and supplementary lines can also subscribe to the 50 GB package for the family at a price of 100 riyals inclusive of tax for each line (not shareable) by sending 2950 to 1100.
Customer can only have one Master line under his ID.
The number of supplementary lines is a maximum of 10 lines for citizens and a maximum of 8 lines for residents of non-limited professions.
If the master line is disconnected for non-payment, on customer’s request, changing the package, migrating to another operator, or transferring the ownership of the master line, data sharing will be stopped on the master line and supplementary lines as well.
In the event of disconnecting the service on the supplementary line for non-payment, on customer’s request, changing the package, migrating to another operator, or transferring ownership of the line, the data will be suspended on the same line without affecting the other lines.
The master line customer will be able to share all the data including the data of the master line and supplementary lines and specify the amount of data for each supplementary line.
Example: When subscribing to the master line and obtaining 190 GB and subscribing to 2 supplementary lines, the customer can get a total of 290 GB in the family wallet (190 GB + 50 GB + 50 GB).
The master line customer will be able to share all the data of the master line and supplementary lines, and enable all the lines to use 290GB from the family wallet.
The Master Line customer can set the consumption limit for each of the supplementary lines. For example, he can set a consumption limit for the first supplementary line up to 100GB, and on the second line up to 50GB and the rest (140GB) goes to the Master Line.
Application data (Social media applications) is not shareable.
Unlimited local calls for the master and supplementary lines, including calls to numbers starting with 9200
The Unlimited Social Media feature is for the master line only and cannot be shared with supplementary lines.
The points earned in the Neqaty program from the supplementary numbers will be added to the master line's Neqaty account, since all the numbers are under the same ID.
Monthly bills are issued on time at the beginning of each month, and the customer can pay the bills for the entire family package through Mobily app.
